REFUND POLICY:

Single (in-person & virtual) Sessions: Single sessions can be fully refunded with a notice of cancellation/refund request 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Single session appointments are not refundable, in whole or in part, after this 48 hour period has passed. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS ON PACKAGES WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SESSION FEE OFF YOUR CURRENT PACKAGE.

Private Session Programs (virtual & in-person): Full refunds can be given with a notice of cancellation/refund request 48 hours prior to the scheduled FIRST session. Programs are not refundable, in whole or in part, during or after first session. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS ON PACKAGES WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SESSION FEE OFF YOUR CURRENT PACKAGE.

Board & Train Programs: All board and train program booking fees are non-refundable, in-whole or in-part. 

*No refunds will be given in whole or in part for any services that have been rendered.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Single (in-person & virtual) Sessions: Single session payment is due at the time of booking. Failure to pay will result in appointment cancellation. 

Private Session Packages: Programs must be paid in full prior to securing your session time & date. Failure to pay the program fees, including travel fees, will result in cancellation of any scheduled sessions or any reserved dates and times. A 20% Cancellation fee applied to all packages not started and refunded prior to the first start date of your package. 

Board & Train Programs: A booking fee of 50% of the program fee is due to reserve board and train dates. You have 48-hours after your assessment to pay your booking fee before the spot becomes available to someone else. The 50% booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining portion of your board and train (the other 50%) is due 24-hours BEFORE your dog’s start date. Failure to do so will result in a late start date or cancellation of your board and train. 

Boarding: Boarding Deposits are 25% of the boarding stay. Boarding stays are calculated per calendar day regardless of pickup or drop off time. Late pick ups are subject to an additional fee.

Single (in-person & virtual) Sessions: Single sessions may be rescheduled with no penalty up to 48-hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled after this window has passed will not be credited.  SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS ON PACKAGES WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SESSION FEE OFF YOUR CURRENT PACKAGE.

Private Program Sessions: Program sessions may be rescheduled with no penalty up to 48-hours before the scheduled appointment. Sessions with at least a 48-hour notice will be rescheduled for a later date. Appointments cancelled after this window has passed will not be credited or allowed a make-up. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS ON PACKAGES WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SESSION FEE OFF YOUR CURRENT PACKAGE.

*Appointments cancelled by Boston K9 Culture due to inclement weather or emergencies will be rescheduled or refunded without penalties.

Board & Train Programs: All booking fees are non-refundable. With a minimum of a 2-week advance notice you can reschedule your board and train to a later available date without penalty. After the two week period has passed, rescheduling will not be available. 

Boarding Clients: Dogs will not be booked for boarding services on the calendar without a 25% deposit of the total days of the stay. Deposits are not refundable within 48 hours of your boarding date. No-shows result in a FULL charge of your entire stay. Credit cards are required on file thru our pocket-suit system. 

 

DOG BEHAVIOR POLICIES

All of our contracts mandate that the owner maintain sole responsibility for their dog’s behavior.

Dogs are very rarely dismissed from private training or board and train programs due to behavior, but if they are, owners may receive a prorated refund for remaining sessions/weeks only.

We do require owners to be compliant to safety protocols that may include muzzling, leashing, restricting access to other people, and use of equipment such as a harness. Dismissal of a client due to refusal to follow safety protocols does not create an exception to our refund policy.

*Any breach of contract by a client may result in a dismissal of a client without a refund.

 

CANINE VACCINATIONS:

Private Training: Dogs attending private training at their own home or in a public area must have proof of current rabies vaccination. 

Board & Trains: Dogs in our board and train programs must be up-to-date on rabies, bordetella, DA2PP (or similar), and leptospirosis.

Boarding Clients: Dog’s in boarding must

 be up-to-date on rabies, bordetella, DA2PP (or similar), and leptospirosis.
